El DOL 43 es un sensor de relé capacitivo robusto diseñado para la detección general de piensos, granos y materiales sólidos.
El sensor proporciona una gran funcionalidad y es fácil de operar. El DOL 43 tiene una opción para la desconexión diferida y la gestión de la duración del retraso. Cuando se detiene la activación, comienza el retraso temporal. Cuando este retraso caduca, el relé vuelve a conmutar.
A capacitive sensor is typically used as empty, full, and level indicator in tanks, silos, and containers. The powerful integrated relay in DOL 43 means that it can control many functions directly. The DOL 43 sensor has LEDs that indicate when the switches are activated. The sensor has NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) outputs. All settings can easily be changed at any time.

DOL 43 capacitive sensor features a built-in powerful 5A relay with switch function. The sensor is available in two variants with the following voltage range: 10 - 30 V AC/DC or 90 - 250 V AC
DOL 43 has an option for delayed switch-off and management of the delay length. When the activation stops, the time delay starts. When this delay expires, the relay switches back.The delay length is easily adjusted by two buttons.
The use of electronic rather than mechanical switches ensures a unique reliability, particularly as the electronics are completely encapsulated in special plastic. This provides maximum protection against humidity and other external influences in harsh environments.
The sensor is CE, UL, and C-UL approved and has a high immunity to noise from electric communication (i.e. from a mobile phone) and transients (i.e. from motors and contactors). This makes the sensor very reliable.
DOL 43 is easily mounted in a plastic gland, which is also available as a flange solution for easy external mounting. Likewise, the sensor is supplied with thread, providing several mounting options. It can be mounted inside a feeder or through a hole into a feeder, a hopper or a silo with the included plastic gland.
