DOL 20 is a flat capacitive proximity sensor for detecting loose and solid materials in agricultural and industrial sectors.The sensor comes in an iDOL version with NFC for sensor adjustment via the SmartAdjust App.
DOL 20 is a capacitive proximity sensor for detecting loose and solid materials in agricultural and industrial sectors with SCR output. The sensor has a flat design that makes it ideal for integration into applications with limited space. DOL 20 can be mounted e.g. on the outside of plastic hoppers, drop tubes or water tanks, as it can detect the level through this material.
The DOL 20 sensor can be used to measure the level in hoppers, feed pans, silos, bins, or for control of poultry feed lines.The sensor is supplied with mounting clips as standard for easier mounting. DOL 20 comes with a specially designed mounting clips for mounting on a flat surface, e.g. on the outside of a water tank or drop tube.
The sensor can also be mounted directly on our specially designed droptube without the mounting clips. The droptube is sold as an accessory.
DOL 20 is extremely sturdy to error situations such as short circuits and overload and has a long lifetime even in harsh environments with dust, temperature swings and high humidity levels.
It is suitable together with contactors, relays, and similar within the agricultural and industrial sectors.
The sensor has an LED indicator for communicating the sensor status such as OFF or ON, and whether the sensor is programmed or using the factory settings. The DOL 20 sensor has potential-free relay contacts with a switch function.
The sensitivity of the DOL 20 SCR sensor can be fixed or adjustable using trimmers to match various types of feed.
The sensitivity of the iDOL 20 SCR sensor with NFC can be adjusted using the SmartAdjust App to suit different types of feed.
The app makes it possible to do more with one sensor. For example, you can configure your iDOL sensors to have on/off delay and Max Run Timer at the same time. It is possible to copy settings to multiple sensors allowing you to preconfigure sensors with same settings before installation.
iDOL 20 can be supplied with 20-280 VAC/VDC and a max. current (Ie) of 500 mA.
