DOL 44 is a 30 mm capacitive relay sensor for detection of feed, grain, and solids with relay output including switch function. The sensor is applicable for level control in silos and containers along with controlling the filling and emptying process.
The sensor comes in iDOL versions with NFC for sensor adjustment via the SmartAdjust App.
DOL 44 is a 30 mm capacitive sensor for detection of feed, grain, and solids with relay output including switch function. The sensor is applicable for level control in silos and containers along with controlling the filling and emptying process.
DOL 44 is available in a multitude of versions, such as the DOL 44RH with integrated heater for cold and/or high humidity applications avoiding condensation. DOL 44RT for detection of feed in tubes, and DOL 44R-33 with conical 30/32 mm enclosure.
DOL 44 has a high immunity to noise from electric communication (e.g. mobile phones) and transients (e.g. from motors and contactors). The IP69K protection class offers the highest protection against water and other liquids, e.g. during cleaning of livestock houses.
DOL 44 has full temperature compensation, and the sensor is very robust in regards to washing and EMC protection.
The sensor can, therefore, be used in environments with frequency converters.
The sensor has robust functionality and is easy to operate. Settings are easily changed via two trimmers using a small screwdriver.
A red LED light clearly indicates the current status of the relay sensor.
The iDOL versions of DOL 44 is the future of relay sensors. These sensors have NFC and are adjusted via the SmartAdjust App. This makes the iDOL 44 sensors both easier to operate and more flexible than any other capacitive relay sensor.
The SmartAdjust App allows for more parameters to be available for the user, compared to a traditional sensor with two trimmers operated by a screwdriver. The result is a more flexible sensor, which can be adapted to the individual need of the user.
DOL 44 comes with conical housing – 30 mm at the end and 32 mm at the buttom (wire end).
This variant comes with different voltage; 10-30V AC, 20-280V AC/DC, and 90-265V AC.
The conical sensors also come with NFC for adjustment with the SmartAdjust App and with integrated heater for cold and/or high humidity applications to avoid condensation.
DOL 44 with low (10-30V AC/DC) or high voltage (90-265V AC) is a 30 mm relay sensor with trimmers placed vertically.
This sensor comes with smooth or threaded housing and with T-piece for mounting on a 40-60mm tube with conveying system.
The sensor is also available in variants with integrated heater for cold and/or high humidity applications to avoid condensation.
DOL 44 with universal voltage (20-280V AC/DC) is a 30 mm relay sensors with trimmers placed horizontally.
These variants are available with smooth or threaded housing, with two or zero trimmers and with a specially designed T-piece for mounting on a 40-60mm tube with conveying system.
The DOL 44 smooth, threaded, and smooth with T-piece sensors with universal voltage also come in iDOL versions with NFC.
The NFC versions can be adjusted with the SmartAdjust App. The app makes it possible to do more with one sensor. For example, you can configure your iDOL sensors to have on/off delay and Max Run Timer at the same time. It is possible to copy settings to multiple sensors allowing you to preconfigure sensors with same settings before installation.
