SmartAdjust

Simple adjustment of your sensors with your smartphone

The SmartAdjust App helps you control all your sensors’ functions in an intuitive way using only your smartphone.

SmartAdjust works with all iDOL sensors and gives you precise adjustments without having to remove the sensors.

Easy installation

With the SmartAdjust App you can copy settings to multiple sensors and thus adjust all your sensors at once prior to installation. There is no need for powering the sensors before adjusting them with the app.

You can also save configuration setting for later or share them with others.

Do more with one sensor

The app makes it possible to do more with one sensor. For example, you can configure your iDOL sensors to have on/off delay and Max Run Time at the same time.

Adjust Sensors with Ease
Use SmartAdjust to configure, save, and share sensor settings quickly from your smartphone.

Smart features

iDOL sensors and SmartAdjust can be used without parring the sensors.

Configurations can be saved and shared amongst your staff to be used in other livestock houses.

In-reach configuration ensures excellent security and eliminates the risk of configuring other sensors than the one intended.

Avoid guessing and get more accurate readings as SmartAdjust makes it configure sensor settings exactly the way you want them to be.

With SmartAdjust you can:

  • Easily and intuitively configure all iDOL sensors with no power applied
  • Preconfigure sensors before installation in your production
  • Copy settings to multiple sensors
  • Save the configuration for later use or documentation
  • Share sensor configurations with others
  • Do more with one sensor making it more flexible than any other sensor

With the SmartAdjust app it is much easier to operate and understand your sensors.  The setup of parameters is done in a user-friendly interface, which is easy to understand.

SmartAdjust is now available in the following sensors from dol-sensors a/s:

iDOL 64 LoRa Gateway
Learn how continuous monitoring helps producers identify developing production challenges through changes in water consumption, growth performance and other key production indicators.

Managing sensors across large or remote agricultural sites just got simpler. The iDOL 64 LoRa Gateway is built for farms and greenhouses where cables need to be kept at the minimum.

The iDOL 64 LoRa Gateway solves this by connecting all your sensors wirelessly via LoRaWAN. The only cables you need are power cables — everything else happens over the air. An integrated modem with a data SIM card handles all communication between your sensors and the dol-sensors Cloud, so continuous data flows straight to your server through our API. No internet connection on-site needed.

Flexible connectivity - wired and wireless

The gateway is designed to support both connection types simultaneously. You can connect sensors directly via cable alongside wireless LoRaWAN sensors — giving you full flexibility for your specific setup. Up to 12 analog 0–10V sensors can be connected to a single gateway via wire.

The number of wireless LoRa sensors you can add depends on several factors specific to your environment.

Easy installation

The iDOL 64 LoRa Gateway is designed for fast, hassle-free installation.

Mount the antennas attached with the iDOL 64

Install the gateway on the wall. Ensure that the gateway is as high as possible in order to have the best connection.

Connect device to power. iDOL 64 is going to turn on automatically, it's that easy

5 Benefits of Environmental Sensors in Livestock Houses

An environmental sensor is a device that measures the environment around us. It can be used to monitor air quality, temperature, humidity, etc. In livestock houses environmental sensors or climate sensors are used to ensure an optimum environment.

Get Better Animal Welfare With a High Air Quality

There are several ways to use environmental sensors in livestock farming. One way is to use them to measure air quality by using a carbon dioxide sensor and an ammonia sensor. Connected to a controller and your farm management system these sensors will provide data for alarms or for starting the ventilation in the house.

CO2 and ammonia are both to blame for the animals not thriving optimally. To high levels of CO2 and ammonia causes problems with breathing, corrosion damage on feed and skin, as well as irritation of the mucous membranes in the eyes and mouth. The high levels reduce the air quality thus increasing mortality and reducing production.

You can measure the level of ammonia with the award-winning DOL 53 Ammonia Sensor and keep track of the CO2 level with the robust DOL 119 CO2 Sensor or the 3-in-1 sensor DOL 139 that measures humidity, temperature and CO2.

Why Data Is Becoming a Farmer's Best Friend
Learn how continuous monitoring helps producers identify developing production challenges through changes in water consumption, growth performance and other key production indicators.

Data is rapidly becoming one of the most valuable tools in modern pig production. As herds grow and production systems become more complex, farmers need clearer insight into what's happening inside the barn, every hour, every day. Data provides that visibility, turning daily uncertainty into informed, confident decision-making.

How Data Helps Farmers Stay Ahead

  • Early detection of problems - Changes in temperature, humidity, ammonia, or the pigs' behavior show up in the data long before they become visible issues
  • More stable barn environments - Automated systems adjust ventilation and climate based on real-time measurements, keeping pigs comfortable and healthy
  • Better growth performance - When pigs live in consistent conditions, they eat better, grow faster, and experience fewer health challenges
  • Stronger documentation - Data supports audits, welfare requirements, and communication with veterinarians and advisors
